Custom made products: No exchanges, refunds or exchanges on custom made items, unless the item is received with physical damage or fault.

Physical products: Customers wishing to exchange or return items must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at hello@foundeshop.com

How to return an item: if an item needs to be returned it must be done in all original packing and all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused.

Return Credit: you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Founde Shop online voucher or credit.
Please note that courier fees will be deducted from the credit amount.

If you order an item that is in-stock we will ship it within 1 working day (given that your order does not include any other product from founde that may be on pre-order or made to order)

If you order a pre-order item then this will take approximately 3-5 weeks as each piece is carved, cast and finished off.

If you have a deadline please contact us before placing your order.
