Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Braver Trading SA (Pty) Ltd. t/a founde shop. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Returns Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is
- In it's original condition, unused, unopened, unworn
- Still in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email hello@foundeshop.com or WhatsApp at +27 61 541 8498 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless we have sent you a faulty or incorrect product)
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost return parcels
Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened raw materials, items from custom orders or promotions, are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on:
- Body care products (for hygiene reasons)
- All custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Limited edition artwork
Damages / order deviations Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@foundeshop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received incorrect products or quantities. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your parcel; otherwise, refunds will not be considered.
Once we receive your formal communication, our team will review the matter and inform you of the outcome. If a return is necessary, we will thoroughly inspect the product and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame whether you qualify for a replacement due to a defect. If eligible, a replacement product will be sent to you.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. However, if you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 business days at hello@foundeshop.com. A 10% handling fee may apply if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges: You may request a refund or exchange within 7 business days if your item is defective. Sale items and custom items are non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling: Return shipping is at your cost and non-refundable. Please ensure your returned item is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
Unless specified otherwise, a 10% handling fee may be applied and deducted from the total invoice amount when a refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments and online transactions, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Electronic payments will be refunded using the same method. Please note that a bank confirmation letter is required before any funds can be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Order Policy: We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, which means our processing begins immediately once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re not always able to accommodate order cancellations once we have started processing your order. All confirmed orders will be subject to our Returns Policy should you wish to send something back once received.

Order Policy: If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, Braver Trading SA (Pty) Ltd. t/a founde shop reserves the right to cancel part or all of your order. In such cases:

Ownership of Stock Stock remains the property of Braver Trading SA (Pty) Ltd. t/a founde shop until paid in full.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
