Do you offer samples before placing a full order?

Yes, we'll invoice for the courier charges to deliver blank garments to and from you. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase blank samples if you’d prefer to keep them. Get in touch to request samples.

I don't have a design, can you help?

Absolutely. Astrid brings 16 years of graphic design experience and can help bring your idea to life. We offer a range of design packages to suit different budgets. If we’re at capacity and can’t take on direct design work, we’ll connect you with one of two outstanding freelance designers we regularly collaborate with.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for wholesale pricing is 20 units.

Every quote is tailored to your project and depends on:
– Number of items being branded
– Number of print locations
– Colours in your design(s)
– Quantity

We do offer runs under 20 units, but keep in mind that setup fees for screen printing and embroidery apply, making small orders more costly per unit. For detailed pricing, use the contact form below.

How are you with a deadline?

We haven’t missed a deadline since launching in 2016. If you give us a deadline we know we can’t meet, we’ll be upfront about it from the start. We’d rather be honest and decline the work than overpromise and underdeliver. Integrity matters, and so does your trust. When we take something on, it’s because we know we can deliver on time, and to our standard.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround times vary based on quantity, but for orders between 20 and 220+ units, you can typically expect a lead time of 12–14 working days from full payment.

We pride ourselves on transparency and precision. Once your order is activated, you’ll hear from us on:

– Working Day 1 (1 day after payment clears)
– Working Day 7 (progress update)
– Working Day 12 (ETA confirmation)

Do you ship interntionally?

Yes, we ship to 20+ countries using FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs will be added to your quote during the inquiry process.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and related charges imposed by their destination country. Braver is not liable for these fees, and we encourage all international customers to check their country’s import policies before placing an order.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you require payment up front?

Yes, we require full payment upfront to begin any custom order. For transparency: we work with our own suppliers on an upfront basis too: we pay, then we go. This policy ensures clarity, commitment, and mutual respect from the start.
